Getting Account Information
Direct Access makes it easy for you to manage your Citibank accounts as well as your Citicorp Investment Services brokerage or Landmark accounts, when and where you want.

You can use the Account Information channel to view balances, find out how much interest you have earned, see whether a check has been posted, or see if a deposit has cleared. To access information and activity for your account, select the Account Information channel and click on See Account Information in the task bar.

Direct Access displays the Summary screen only if you have more than one account linked to your Citicard®. If you only have one account linked to your Citicard, Direct Access displays the details for that account. The totals you see on the screen for each category are total balances for all products included in that category.

Viewing Balances
Using Direct Access, you can retrieve complete, detailed balance information. Simply click on the account you want to see, and Direct Access displays the balance information.

For example, to view balance information on a checking account, click on the Account Information channel, select See Account Information from the task bar, and choose Checking from the work area of the summary screen Direct Access displays.

Note: When you view information about your Citicorp Investment Services brokerage account(s) the values Direct Access displays are based on recently available prices, generally as of the close of the previous business day. Prices for bonds and other less frequently traded securities are generally obtained monthly. The values Direct Access displays are for informational purposes only and do not necessarily represent the values you could achieve if you sold the securities in your account. The values shown do not include securities for which Citicorp Investment Services could not obtain a recent price. If you have an IRA brokerage account linked to Direct Access, you can monitor your portfolio but you can not place orders to buy or sell securities.

Viewing Recent Activity
Direct Access provides a 90-day transaction history for most accounts. You can see information such as deposits and withdrawals, which checks have cleared, and interest earned (when applicable) along with the date of each transaction. To view recent activity, select the Account Information channel, and click on See Account Information in the task bar. If you have more than one account linked to your Citicard, Direct Access displays a list of your accounts. Select an account from the list. Click on See Recent Activity in the work area. For information on your bill payments, select the Payments and Transfers channel, then click on Bill Payment in the task bar, and choose See or Change Payments from the work area.

For example, to view transaction information for a savings account, click on the Account Information channel, and select Savings. Direct Access displays a list of your savings accounts. Click the account that contains the transaction you wish to view and then select Recent Activity.

For Citicorp Investment Services brokerage accounts, you can see all account activity, including securities trades and dividends. However, open orders will not appear with recent activity. To see your open orders, choose the Investment Services channel, click on Order Information from the task bar, and then choose View Order Information. See the Using Direct Access to Invest through Citicorp Investment Services section of this guide.
